Le Belvédère (R1 110) Apartment 7

A very nice property, I would recommend it, especially for families with children. The apartment would be great if there weren't so many blankets and pillows cluttering the closets, leaving no room for clothes.

Beautiful apartment with easy access and a clear view. Too bad the water damage is still visible on the parquet floor and the bathroom. Noisy in August and very hot in the apartment this year despite the fan

First bad impression upon entering, where the laminate floor must have suffered water damage but was not changed. Dirty white color due to age. Silicone seal in the bathroom is coarse and full of mold, my daughter did not even want to shower there. The curtains in the room where we sleep are not even blackout and there are no shutters... I will skip the rest but many things need to be reviewed. Everything has been reported with supporting photos.

Would deserve a refresh. Apartment not checked before our arrival, cleaning not done. GPS points do not indicate the correct entrance to the site. We were given wet sheets and towels. Let's complain
