Apartment very well located, very pleasant with its ground floor and (small) terrace to enjoy the sunsets over the sea. The 2 bathrooms are a plus. Only small downside: some somewhat scanty supplies (toilet paper, number of bowls...).

+ well equipped and well located facing the sea with swimming pool, park, pond, tennis, mini-golf and bowling alleys reserved for residents. - too bad that this year, several times a week, a bar at 15m raises its sound system to an unacceptable level at the start of the evening, sometimes until after 11 p.m.

The apartment is perfectly located, quiet in the residence. The apartment is large, bright and comfortable with 2 bathrooms. However, an oven and a washing machine are missing to make this apartment perfect! (There is no more accessible laundromat in the residence and this is annoying) Also beware of the automatic night watering which does not allow you to leave your beach towels and other towels to dry outside. The proximity to the beach and the shops, the covered parking space and the access to the swimming pool are very pleasant. Holidays by the sea without a car!
