Balcony 5 m2, north-east facing position, terrace 7 m2, roofed, north-east facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the lake and the garden. Facilities: iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Reserved parking space n 576 (Niveau P2) (roofed), height 190 cm, width 210 cm. Please note: parking space for small car only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. The residence is very well secured, in a calm and soothing environment, it was very pleasant. Negatives the apartment was very old and not very clean when we arrived. The stairs were very dangerous for our 3 year old. finally the guardian of the swimming pool not friendly and rules of the common swimming pool too strict not allowed to make noise not allowed to play for children. Ideal for retirees but for families with children we felt restricted.

Pleasant apartment, well placed, beautiful view of the lake. Very well designed village. Everything is on site, shop, beach, swimming pool and restaurant. No need to take the car. Great with children

Apartment where there is no problem with stairs. Unusable parking space. We parked 800 m from the apartment. But apartment very well placed, near sea and swimming pool. Beautiful view of the park from the terrace

Good service good location we do a lot of things without taking the car only downside the place of the very small coach and no other place offered in the residence (big black spot).

Apartment very good but a few crippling points for a rental of this type: Unusable underground parking for an average car Only one key for the front door for 6 people! No elevator for an apartment on the 2nd floor Collection and return of the keys are not done on site.

The -: 2 bunk beds in a closet! The beds in the living room are limited. The wi-fi does not work despite supp. Parking space more than small: A Juke fits just by folding the mirrors. Better to have bikes: 2 km to have nice shops. Collecting and returning the keys to St Cyr is an aberration. +: Very pleasant apartment. Super nice terrace. Large bedroom upstairs with terrace and nickel bathroom. Own. Home+.

the parking space is not suitable for large vehicles. It would be wise to warn the tenants. You should be able to put the keys at the rental location so as not to penalize travelers

Impossible to have Access to our parking space Because it is too small I will not rent your agency again because it is too complicated to collect the keys 1 hour detour Maybe provide letter boxes or a permanence on site or in the old premises of XXX which are abandoned which is a shame for the image of the residence. On the other hand, the residence has us more, we will go through another agency

Ideally well located, calm and green residence. The only downside is that some security guard at the pool thinks he is the police and speaks badly to the children, you will have no trouble getting a deckchair during the day since the children can't do anything. Fortunately, the beach is 50m from the rental. In the end, it was still a very good holiday.
