Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking space n 74. Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm, no lift.

The apartment was located in nice resort with a grand view of the sea. Splendid location. The apartment is spacious, but impersonal. We like holiday apartments some more cosy and with an owners touch.

Defective or even unusable cleaning equipment (broom, vacuum cleaner) and absent (mop) on our arrival. The air conditioning unusable for a good part of our stay (abundant leak), in the presence of a baby. Swimming pool closed for half of the stay due to the presence of bacteria in the water. Waiting, to receive a rebate. However, apartment beautifully located. Near the beach, sea view. Well laid out rooms.

Beautiful rental with sea view and close to the city center. Quiet, well appointed apartment. Missing a freezer, given the heat it would not be too much (ice cream, ice cubes). The 3rd floor is not a problem, except for people with reduced mobility, as there is no lift. Too bad because the apartment is well located and ideal for both the sea and rest.

A breathtaking view. Please note the apartment is on the 3rd floor without a lift. Apartment under the roof (quite noisy at night) creaking wood and banging tiles but if you're in deep sleep you can't hear anything. Brilliant location and very functional apartment with a balcony at the top. I highly recommend it

The main road passing in front of the building the noise is infernal. No electrical outlets in the rooms so no light. Tiny kitchen impossible to cook there. Apartment in the attic the heat is unbearable there, the air conditioner is not correctly installed you have to leave the window open (find the error). No storage cupboard. An accessible mezzanine. You walk around folded in two and you find the washing machine next to the bed. Way too expensive

4 people can sleep well there, although the beds are only 140 cm wide. 1 toilet and a bathroom, ok The kitchen is very small, small fridge. It has four hotplates, but no storage space. Cooking for 4 people is not possible, not practical even for 2. Not suitable for old people, children. For the first floor, it has a very steep staircase and it is "shaky", not well secured. An old, poorly insulating balcony door, you can hear the street noise well
