The 2nd bedroom comprises of two single beds and wardrobe, again with large French-windows leading to the balcony. There are two bathrooms and one separate WC. One bathroom has a newly fitted contemporary designed bathroom with shower enclosure and sink, the second bathroom has a shower and sink.

Living Area

The open plan living area is spacious and well designed with a dining table for six and comfortable seating for four. There are large French-windows leading out onto the stunning balcony creating a light and airy feel and allowing the cooling breezes through the apartment. The large balcony is ideal for dining Al Fresco and will ensure that you'll be able to sit out and enjoy aperitifs in the warm air of the Cote d'Azur.

Public Transport

Two minutes from the appt (in the street parallel to Ave des Fleurs) you'll find bus stop Gambetta/Bottero. There are direct buses from here to shopping at Jean Medicin/Massena (Nos 3, 7, 9, 10, 22), to the Old Town, Place Garibaldi and the Port (Nos 7,9,10), and to Cimiez-art museums etc (No 22). In addition, both the 98 and the 99 buses to the airport stop nearby, as do the buses to Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, etc. Bus 99 goes to the Central Railway Station, and bus 23 also stops a stone's throw away from the Gare Centrale.
