The manager and the girl at the wonderful reception, for the horrible cleaning the manager at a small party, the mattress covers filled with animal hair (change quickly), microwave fuses hs several days to receive it so never used . One day when the pool was closed (technical problem), and so on... I'm not even talking about the groups of young people upstairs and downstairs, so well surrounded (irony) who didn't respect anything or anyone. Sincerely Mrs Franceschini.

Great accommodation in Cagnes sur Mer, 1.5 km from the pebble beach, in the city center -200 m from shops and the market.... Apartment clean, comfortable, good mattresses, large terrace, dishwasher, air conditioning, parking garage, washer and dryer for a fee - common. Willing and kind staff at the reception... Self service check-out, just a great holiday (only the bathtub and toilet are worn out)

Great for the price in the late season. Wouldn't want to pay the top price for it in high season. Beds good. Fairly clean, but certainly not perfect. Shower not usable as such. Malfunctioning dishwasher. Internet too weak to stream. TV small and not up to date. Located on a very noisy traffic street until the night. Not every employee is equally helpful or communicative. Good as a base for the nice places in the area.

We moved 11.9. our FEWO: dishwasher broken, fridge door almost didn't open and close. 50% of the dishes were not clean. 12.9. big flood - dishwasher let all the water into the apartment. We had to clean everything ourselves, black water—that's how clean the floor had been cleaned. After complaining (the lady only spoke French) we didn't have to pay for the final cleaning at least.

The location very nice. But unfortunately the accommodation has gotten old and needs to be cleaned. A fresh coat of paint and a few improvements to the residence would not be a luxury either.

The accommodation is simple, plain. For southern Europe but clean and relatively generous in space. The bathroom should be new. The kitchen was fully equipped. The location is about 20 minutes from the sea. The district relatively quiet in a very lively city. The underground car park requires a sense of proportion for larger cars; Only a few centimeters of space on the left and right when there is a strong fall or incline when driving out. Overall, I recommend the apartment if you see the performance offered in relation to the price.
