Equipment is listed for this apartment, which definitely does not belong to the "equipment" and must be paid for additionally. Very noisy apartment: 4 lane highway & airport. Basically beautiful but extremely noisy. Also no information available in the apartment about activities, markets, events etc - not even a city map.

Very nice and well equipped accommodation. Recently renovated, top kitchen equipment. Very comfortable and large bed. Fantastic location, on the 6th floor facing the sea. The days of our living room were rainy at times and the apartment is not equipped with heating but we fixed it with the heater ....

The accommodation is located directly on the busy coastal road (4 lanes) - accordingly, it is very noisy during the day and at night. Due to the street noise, staying on the balcony is not really relaxing. However, Nice is not far away for a trip (e.g. e-scooters/rental bikes via the well-developed, level cycle path) and the surrounding towns are also easy to reach by car. Recommended for travelers looking for a convenient location to explore the area.

Rental very well located. just cross the road to be on the beach. Residence surrounded by several shops (restaurants, bars etc....) but no night nuisance. Apartment with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean. Residence, secure and parking space. We had a very pleasant stay.
