few kitchen utensils, 1 mini salad bowl for 8, only 5 forks and 6 teaspoons. fortunately the staff is there, they are struggling to help us and meet our needs ... in one room a broken shutter, a bed is missing a leg. lack of bulbs in the rooms, etc etc .....

The first impression is that of an unmaintained accommodation. Even before entering we notice a garden furniture good for the recycling center. Upon entering, we quickly notice the dirty floors ... the stairs with dust and hair, too bad the accommodation itself is very good. Upstairs the dirty toilets that we will clean with bleach. The cleaning has not been done visibly... There are curtains that are worn and discolored, good for the trash. Missing a handle on the sideboard. Opposite the accommodation, in the neighboring residence, a red Citroën wreck with the door ripped open.... In short, there is a way to do so much better... The first day, at the swimming pool which is next to the grounds of games (also in disrepair) all the new arrivals discuss and all notice the same problem of dirt... It is urgent to react! It is unworthy of a large group specializing in holiday homes! Have an audit carried out and you will be systematically refused...

The home is run down and dirty. Hole in wall and door. Frozen freezer. Refrigerator that did not work optimally. Stove defective. Mattresses very worn. Toilet cisterns take a very long time to fill. House for 8 people, but only room for 6 around the garden table. Only one sunbed for 8 people. Only one set of keys. Garden walkway overgrown, so we could hardly get in. The neighbor opposite in no. 93 argues loudly many times a day and the children "filled the entire pool, even though they were put in place by many of the guests.

Unfortunately, our holiday home was not in good condition; Among other things, the fridge door in the kitchen was broken, which was really annoying. The sun protection on the terrace only existed to 2/3 and there wasn't a deck chair either. Unfortunately, the friendly staff couldn't help us and pointed out that we should point out the shortcomings and the evaluation of the house. As it was not apparent to us from the photos, we would also like to warn that the third bedroom only has a skylight, which is so high up that it can only be opened with a rod. The room is therefore not for those suffering from claustrophobia! We had rented cheaper holiday homes in France in a better condition ...
