Magnificent view from the large balcony and from inside the apartment (t3 superior). Staff very welcoming, available and friendly. Comfortable, well-equipped apartment. Ideal place for boat owners: launch and ring on site. Sheltered boat in the marina. Ideal vacation spot, we will definitely come back!

Ant infestation, minimal amenities (or less in a few cases), poor WiFi. No toaster, no tablecloth, no tea towel, no cleaning product. Except crockery and cutlery, you have to go there as if you moved in, and bring absolutely EVERYTHING. Outside: pool deckchairs insufficient and in poor condition/broken, pool toilets dirty and without toilet paper, elevator broken down the last two days. No one there to take care of it.

Well and fully furnished apartment. Unfortunately, signs of age were visible on the furniture and kitchen appliances. In addition, the pool had not been cleaned in the first few weeks. Leaves and blossoms floated in the water for days. The missing toilet paper in the associated toilet was not replaced for 10 days. It was not cleaned until the start of the film festival in mid-May. In principle, the underground car park spaces are only suitable for smaller cars, especially when they are full. In the pre-season there are enough places available. Despite the shortcomings mentioned, the complex is recommended because of the convenient location for excursions and the beach, as well as the extensive facilities.
