Well located rental. Close to the beach and the u express. However to access the rental you have to climb 4 steps. Otherwise rental well equipped and sufficient for 4 people with a dog.

lack of comfort, lack of space, very poor kitchen area, gas hob without gas lighter in the rental then hob that does not work, uncomfortable bed, lack of storage space, the tiling of the terrace is not straight , no storage in the bathroom, to put our things had to put them on the toilet lid, shower curtains too small so the water flows outside the shower.

The household electrical equipment is very insufficient, just an electric coffee maker: no electric kettle, toaster, hair dryer... No washing machine. No mixer for the sink and the washbasin. Very little space in the bathroom. An attic room that does not allow a person of 1m80 height to access everywhere without lowering their head. top location

Too small for 3 adults + 1 dog, small rear terrace, rare greenery on the 2 terraces and dangerous for dogs (shrubs or flowers harmful to animals), dilapidated kitchen utensils, old (rusty) and small fridge, cabin bedroom very small and without storage (boxes under bed), very noisy boulevard, access to pleasant footpaths, shops far away, paying and expensive wifi

the beaches at 250 m are small and not very clean. With children..... the furniture is very old. Very little storage. house still quite functional for a short stay. Pleasant neighborhood.
