Les Mâts Saint Palais sur mer, Nouvelle-aquitaine

Disappointed, at the end of March, the heating was not working, and of course no hot water. Convenient for showers. We had 3 children, two of whom were under 3 years old. The second day interhome provided us with additional heating, but for hot water!!!) At the rental price it seems to me that this should have been checked.

Apartment with all amenities, bright, close to the beach and shops. A private parking space is a real plus.

The house is ideally placed: close to a beautiful beach and all the shops. It is very pleasant for family holidays: large living rooms, well-appointed exterior. But the bedding is very far from being up to the rest. Some beds are unusable because they are so old and damaged (box springs with wool mattresses!!!). Too bad that such an important point was overlooked in this renovation.

The house is very well placed. On the other hand, the bedding is from another time, it is the big black point of the rental. All bedding must be changed, it is unthinkable to rent as is. In addition, there are 2 bedrooms with hinged shutters where there is no safety catch, so with the wind the shutter opens by itself. The washbasin cabinet in the master bathroom does not open. Attention for the big ones, the legs do not pass under the dining table. A broken fridge bin.

Rental very well located next to the beach. Large capacity 4 bedrooms. Bedding a bit old in some rooms. Large terrace at the back of the apartment to enjoy the outdoors. Too bad the price of the rental that the necessary to use the barbecue is not provided... The plus is the parking lot because a garage and a place in front are available... be careful however 2 SUVs hardly fit...
