Rental with an exceptional view, otherwise the accommodation is dated (it can be ok) but the cleaning leaves something to be desired...(80 euros more all the same...). Disadvantage for budgetary reasons you have to pick up the keys 7 km away and bring them back ... before 10 am .. My opinion will not be published?? who knows ?? conclusion: rental too expensive compared to the whole.

Always an exceptional location and view! But apartment in need of a serious refresh! The cleaning was not done properly (dirty in the corners everywhere, shower seals, glazing). And to change: torn wallpaper from the entrance, torn and unusable blinds, mattress of the sofa bed, WC glasses, degraded stove. The services are no longer up to the price.

Very pleasant apartment. Very well equipped. Exceptional location corresponding exactly to our needs. A suggestion: replace the cooking appliance with its inefficient electric plates as well as the balcony blind which is torn and not very pleasant to see against a magnificent backdrop. Very significant parking, as well as the bike room. The spacious and quiet room.

The apartment is very well located near the city center and with a panoramic view of the sea and the beach boulevard. However the building is a bit dated and would require renovation The apartment has been partially renovated but the rest of the apartment requires renovation (living room and entrance to be redone) The kitchen is at the other end of the living room so not practical and has no dishwasher Access to the basement not practical.

Very pleasant stay at this time of year. Apartment conforms to the descriptions of the agency. A breathtaking view of the ocean. Walks, bike rides...everything is easily accessible, as are the local shops. We will return. Interhome agency in Vaux sur Mer to recommend.
