3-room house 95 m2 on 2 levels, south facing position. Very beautiful and modern furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/shower. Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (NESPRESSO) extra).

The three of us, including our dog, spent 10 wonderful days at the "Rose des Sables" house. The furnishings and wooden terrace are modern and very well-maintained. All kitchen utensils are provided (except for a casserole dish). It's worth mentioning that a third guest stays in the basement with their own bathroom (elevator from the living area). The property manager is very friendly, and the beaches within walking distance are wonderful, including the beautifully landscaped promenade above the beach leading to Pornichet town center (approx. 3 km).
