You'll find this smart new apartment in the up-and-coming Madeleine-Champ de Mars area by the river. Part of a modern development, it's been put together with great care and attention. Here you'll be just a short stroll from La Cité des Congrès, the stunning Château des ducs de Bretagne and The Lieu Unique cultural centre. Up on the fourth floor, your home is a breath of fresh air, with comfy furnishings and contemporary decor. Views out across the neighbourhood come thick and fast through numerous large windows, and there's a homey feel to the place. A separate kitchen is made more sociable thanks to an internal window and a couple of kitchen stools means there's somewhere to sit and chat while the kettle boils. But it's the bedroom that's our favourite room, along with the small but very stylish shower room.
