The proximity to the large beach, the town center and shops, the lake. The accommodation is very well equipped. The only small downside is the lock on the bathroom door which remains stuck and requires special handling of the door. It is quite stressful when you are locked in. The room overlooking the street has a small drawback: people who are in the street talk loudly sometimes at very late hours or in the middle of the night. We are obviously woken up.

There are some small things missing, such as clothes pegs and a blind in the living room. We spent four days in the dark because of the heat.
