The property is sparsely furnished, has only one room, is ringproof and has no air conditioning. Every day from 21:00 to 24:00 there is loud live music from the neighborhood. Internet only works intermittently. Price is outrageous in the high season and should be at least halved, then it would be ok.

Very welcoming and attentive and efficient staff. The accommodations are basic and a bit dated with small rooms. The environment of the residence is very clean and well maintained.
