Location Description Valras Plage

Fishing village and bathing resort, directly by the sea, 15 km south from Béziers, 30 km from Cap d'Agde, 80 km from Montpellier. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, casino, evening entertainment. Sandy beach, 4 km long. In summer: diving, sailing, sailing school, water skiing, fishing, tennis.

Belle appartement N°104, belle terrasse, place de parking couverte. Manque la wifi (disponible seulement à l'accueil) La propreté du lieu n' été pas terrible, poussière, miettes de pain, cheveux,... Belle piscine agréable, Jade agréable à la réception

Le ménage laisse à désirer. 1 poêle moyenne dans un logement pour 4 et peu de couvert. Si on aime le minimalisme alors c'est bien. Le 1er logement que nous avons eu on ne voyait jamais jamais le soleil. Heureusement que le LV est tombé en panne. On a donc changé d'appartement, plus petit certes mais on avait le soleil. C'est important à cette période. De plus si on a besoin de quelque chose on s'adresse à la réception c'est ce que l'on nous a dit, mais encore faut il qu'il y ait quelqu'un. Nous ne conseillerons pas cet hébergement.

L’appartement, en lui même est très bien. En revanche, il était très sale. Vaisselle sale, canapé taché, trace de sang sur l’oreiller, matelas taché…. Objets des anciens voyageurs dans la canapé lit, sous meubles salle de bain et lit. Wifi uniquement à l’accueil. Non précisé sur le descriptif de l’annonce

Die Anlage ist neu renoviert, und alles gepflegt und sauber. Das Appartment war ebenfalls sehr schön, sauber, gut eingerichtet und auch aufgeteilt. Der große Balkon bietet genügend Fläche für Morgen- bzw. Abendsonne. Der überwiegende Teil des Empfangsteams konnte fließend Englisch, was die Kommunikation erheblich vereinfachte (dies ist in Frankreich tatsächlich kein Standard!)

Das Objekt war sauber, leider keine Wandprojektion an der Arbeitsplatte. Die Kleider müsste man an dem Wandhaken gegenüber der Küchenzeile aufhängen, schlecht für den Geruch an den Kleidern, es fehlt eine Aufhängung im Schlafzimmer, es fehlt ein Stauschrank im Bad für Staubsauger und Putzmittel, so war alles etwas durcheinander und man konnte nicht richtig Ordnung halten. In der Küche fehlt Stauraum für Lebensmittel. Ganz schlecht war der fehlende WiFi Empfang, in der heutigen Zeit unerlässlich
