This stone villa caught our eye for its traditional features – you’ll find shuttered windows, stone archways and solid wooden doors with decorative door-knockers here. With two kitchens, two dining rooms and two lounges, there’s plenty of space for everyone inside. Outside caters for sunworshippers and shade seekers alike, with a choice of peaceful spots around the pool and garden. And when you’re ready for a change of scene, the medieval town of Uzès, with its cobbled lanes, charming cafes and market square, is on your doorstep.

While one of the bedrooms and two of the bathrooms aren't photographed, we expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
One of the ensuite shower rooms is integrated so you won't have complete privacy.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
There are lots of steps here so it might not be the best option for those with reduced mobility.
