The photos in the ad made the reality bigger. Sofa bed very uncomfortable, water flow too low... difficult to remove the sand after the beach, Toilet flush very limited... Air conditioning ok works well downstairs but very hot upstairs with the humidity of the bathroom. Swimming pool too small compared to the number of residents... too bad. Neighbors not respectful and walls that do not help either because the quality is too poor... noisy staircase
