"-": Drawers and shelves: sand, hair, dust. Curtain in living area torn several times, curtain in bedroom could not be opened, right mattress in small bedroom smelled of urine. All windows dirty, were cleaned during the stay. There was a film of grout on the tiles. Kettle too small, dirty, cable burnt - replaced. No vacuum cleaner. "Bedside tables" in large bedroom bulky waste. Seat cushions on terrace worn and dirty. "+": Close to the sea, nice bathroom

Strong points: Location close to the sea and center. New house. Exterior. Parking space, but be careful maneuvering for large vehicles! 2 toilets 1 on the ground floor and the other floor. Weak points: Price. Lack of equipment, utensils ... Very "steep" staircase, be careful with young children. Missing an air conditioning outlet upstairs which makes it a furnace in the bedrooms! Conclusion: House very well located in a quiet area but high quality-price ratio.
