Dirty housing. Dirty kitchen area, fridge with hair lying around, freezer covered in ice with hair as well... The living space, the balcony, the bedroom are also "lined" with hair... The shower tray is also sand plus hair , so blocked shower. However, the agency brought someone in quickly. The pool was closed for 2 days, too bad we didn't get the info.
