There is no real view of the marina, it would be nice to cut the oleander hedge. On the other side, from the 1st floor, you have more of a parking view than a sea view...

consistent with the description, well appointed and arranged, near the beach (practical). Quiet, only downside we had a marina, but nothing to moor a boat.

Perfect location and comfortable surface. Very poor hygiene: very dirty fridge, microwave!

Despite a few flaws such as the not very comfortable sofa bed and the water that goes from hot to cold ... the rest on top, large functional apartment. You even have a vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, small oven outside, fan, etc... agency at the top!!!
