You can't change the neighbors downstairs. Verbally attacked. Regret by motelos they don't understand that you take a berth at the port to go to the beach. arriving I had trouble opening the door, stuck in front for 1 hour! Fortunately, I was guided to open it (3 locks).

Really old equipment, pillows and blankets are more than questionable and deserve to be changed. When we arrived we had to wash ALL the dishes which were very dirty. The only positive point is the location of this studio and its reserved parking space. I absolutely do not recommend this rental.

Quiet apartment, well equipped with a beautiful view of the marina. Close to the beach.

Very nice view of the port, very calm, just the cry of the gulls, the clicking of the masts and the lapping of the water! Not easy to access for people with disabilities or reduced mobility because of the steps to access and high entrance steps and access to the balcony!
