Die Lage der Wohnung war gut, aber unsauber und abgenutzt. In der unsauberen KĂ¼che gab es Ameisen. Eine Markise fehlte und der vorhandene Sonnenschirm war nicht brauchbar.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour surtout en période calme. L'appartement est bien situé à proximité de la plage et des petits commerces. La terrasse est agréable mais seul bémol : l'absence de son store extérieur. Celui-ci avait été détérioré par le vent et pas réparé. En espérant que les prochains locataires pourront en profité.

La localisation de cette location est idĂ©ale pour passer un sĂ©jour agrĂ©able. Dommage que la location soit cependant vieillissante. A notre arrivĂ©e, l'appartement n'avait pas Ă©tĂ© nettoyĂ©. Le store extĂ©rieur Ă©tait cassĂ© et recouvrait le sol de la terrasse. Le personnel de nettoyage, intervenu en urgence, l'a poussĂ© sur le cĂ´tĂ© de la terrasse ne pouvant l'Ă©vacuer. Nous n'avons donc pas pu nous abriter du soleil. Les parties communes sont en mauvais Ă©tat. Des dĂ©sagrĂ©ments qui gĂ¢chent le sĂ©jour.
