The apartment is beautiful with an interesting distribution, large terraces and beautiful views; but they deserve to be renovated a bit…and maybe a dishwasher.

Superb marina with great potential. The interior is a bit dated with some refreshing work to be planned. Household, very average on arrival. The solarium is not used at all, neither deckchair nor bbq, 40 m2 for nothing, what a pity? But the place, the view, the calm...Superb! I loved. Thanks.

The property is in a good location, but unfortunately has apparently found less and less attention since the 1970s. Sanitary facilities are inadequate and the electrical supply urgently needs to be overhauled. All in all a really nice but very neglected apartment.

An exotic apartment when the bay windows are open. Side volumes nothing to say with these 2 rooms, its living room and a mini kitchen. In terms of atmosphere, we go back 30 years; with the exception of a sofa, an outdoor living room and updated bedding. A terrace on the top floor which unfortunately is not highlighted: presented as a solarium, some sunbathing would have been enough.

Excellent for the Marina view, the two terraces, the amenities. There is the essential for a holiday apartment. Small flat for our taste as we were in May and the accommodation is tiled and there was no heating it was very cold in the evening and despite the blankets difficult to warm up and fall asleep! extra heating for each room outside the summer period would be nice for our little frozen feet. Other than that it was perfect I recommend.

Spacious marina but in its own juice and not restored as in the photos on the site Power socket in unsecured corridor, comes out of the box. For the cleaning it is quite catastrophic, the bay windows not clean, the dirty floors not to mention the dust on the furniture... For a rental even at this attractive price for a Marina we still expected more cleanliness

The apartment is a bit old, but the location is just great. Good value for money, we'd love to come back
