Washing machine unusable despite complaints from previous tenants. A dishwasher would be nice and would save water. Appreciable air conditioner given the orientation of the apartment and very practical parking space.

when we arrived washbasin not emptied very dirty terrace, and washing machine broken down no microwave, brief and curtain on terrace to avoid kissing because otherwise very deteriorated, beautiful view and pleasant for the rest close to the beach and shops as indicated but to be reviewed for the kitchen utensils

Washing machine in poor condition, no rinsing or spinning, to change!! No dishwasher is very harmful these days, if only for saving water!! Procedure for handing over the keys to the safe perfect, problem with the bunch of keys with 3 keys working very badly. We had to call the emergency number, a very friendly person came to help us out.

Accommodation very good, clean nothing to complain about, a great balcony with a superb sea view.

Unusable sun blinds. To change !! Bathroom lighting, for 2 years, defective. Old television, small, to change.

Beautiful apartment with a very beautiful sea view without vis-à-vis. Beautiful large west terrace sheltered from the wind. Independent bedroom with beautiful bay window. Bathroom redone. Kitchen with microwave and well stocked with crockery. No basic necessities. Good location 20 mins walk from the center of Le Grau.

everything was ok except air con . REFRESH filter regularly. He stunk like a wet dog!!!!!!! and could not be used.

It was our third stay in this residence which is perfect from every point of view (the apartment, the kitchen, the terrace and its view of the sea, the proximity to either Le Grau du Roi or Port Camargue). Perfect stay as usual.

I recommend this address the apartment is clean, the residence is well placed between port camargue and the grau du roi pedestrian promenade nearby to get around on foot, by bike. calm out of season appreciable to just review, the bathroom joints

very functional apartment, very good bedroom bedding, however the sofa bed in the living room is not practical (impossible to tuck in the sheets/blankets ....). large bathroom, very pleasant balcony. Apartment not very clean although cleaning is included in the price (crumbs under the coffee table, traces of tomato sauce in the sink...).

The apartment is in a good location with sea views and direct access to the beach. A footpath and cycle path runs past the house without traffic. Rather noisy at night as many restaurants nearby have live music in high season. The apartment is sufficiently equipped.

The apartment is very well located near the beach. It is well equipped and the terrace is superb. We were delighted to spend the week there.

Apartment very well located with a beautiful terrace facing the sea. Everything is perfect (kitchen, bedroom, bathroom). Really pleasant rental with lots of space and close to both Port Camargue and the center of Grau du Roi.
