By redoing the shower joints and modernizing the decor a little, it would be very nice. On the other hand, it is very well located and the terrace is very pleasant with a beautiful view. The only small downside is that you cannot go through the terrace to enter because it does not open from the outside, but this is certainly for a security measure. We had an excellent stay and you can rent without problem; there is everything you need to enjoy your vacation.

Apartment bright, pleasant, clean, well exposed, quiet (off season), ideal for 2 people. Only downside, no possibility of re-opening the bay window from the outside once it is closed, it would be good to indicate this when renting to avoid any inconvenience... 2 apartment keys could be useful.
