Very small room. Just about OK for two people. There were no large glasses, no plug for the sink for rinsing. The refrigerator, with its electronics half torn out, suddenly lost power on Saturday evening. Since it was already so late and no one was available on Sunday, it wasn't available again until Monday after someone came. One of the electrical outlets didn't work. The fuse blows if the kettle is plugged in at the same time as the light or other appliance. There's no oven or washing machine.

We have stayed in this accommodation 4 times. It was OK. We didn't have any expectations. But this time it was a total failure. We don't know what kind of filthy people were doing there before us. The kitchen was terrible. I fell off my chair because a screw nut came loose. The main thing is profit without investment. The staff are very friendly. They even speak our language. The lady even spoke to me in Polish... The best. Never come back.

Too bad the cleaning is not done perfectly.

The handing over of the keys on our arrival was very long, too much of a wait under the sun after the long journey made..

It was fine as belonging for 2 with terrace. The disadvantages there is not enough opening to ventilate (the larger windows) and then it was too hot at night Thank you

The location of the studio is very good. However, it does not live up to the expectations we had. The toilet/shower is certainly more than 30 years old, looks like a cleaning room and has certainly seen better days. The shower is very narrow and getting in is difficult. However, the organization on site was very good. The key takeover, the parking lot and the return were problem-free. I would advise against this studio for summer holidays as it does not have air conditioning.

permanent background noise, over-equipment small household appliances but no place to use them, average housekeeping especially mold at the bottom of the shower doors. sofa bed (new?) very comfortable! impeccable interhome service. put a wedge on the bay window to avoid slamming it every time you open it! this can prevent an accident. pleasant view of the harbor

RAS, consistent with the presentation of the site except for the TV which would be a little bigger

Sofa bed not comfortable at all, the TV did not work even if it was included in the services. To be expected that the residence is 30 min walk from Grau du Roi.

Small simple studio with all the necessary equipment. Ideal for going alone or in pairs if you don't need a lot of space. Kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave.... Well equipped kitchen. Bathroom. Comfortable sofa bed. The terrace seemed to me less attractive in reality compared to the photos. For my solo vacation, I enjoyed this rental :)

Outdated all equipment. -Mainly the TV broken down from start to finish despite our repeated complaints. -Very damaged refrigerator. - Collection of about twenty cigarette butts on the terrace. - Etc............

Disappointed by the terrace which in fact is not as large since the hedge is not maintained. Backflow odors in the bathroom. Dishes not well washed by previous occupants.

Very good week with my darling. Very good location. Close to everything (port, shops, beach, restaurant...) We liked the location on the ground floor with a large terrace. Just the mattress of the bz which was not very conformable, too bad
