Poorly equipped rental: sun shines on the rental all morning and no air conditioning!!! Difficult night

Warm welcome from the team. The cleaning left something to be desired (hairs in the bathtub, toothpicks found on the floor, etc.). The fridge problem upon our arrival was quickly resolved by the team. The shutter was broken by the previous tenants, and the owner refused to take care of the repairs, resulting in two of us having to open it for the entire week. The compensation for this damage also left something to be desired (€30)!!!
