Once an old winery, now a charming home, this villa in the heart of old Pézenas is ideally located for guests who want to explore the town's bustling atmosphere. The place is a short walk from numerous shops, restaurants, and museums and a thirty-minute drive from Marseillan Plage Beach. Inside the abode are four air-conditioned bedrooms, including the main sleeping quarters with an en-suite bathroom. Outside, you’ll find a heated swimming pool, a terrace for dining, and a seating area for enjoying a sundowner or two.

All four bedrooms are on the first floor, accessed via a flight of stairs. As a result, this home may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
During the summer months, the Pézenas Estivales festival takes place every Friday night, so there may be extra noise during your stay. Light sleepers may want to pack earplugs.
