La Maison des Arts

When we arrived, the apartment was not clean, there was hair and crumbs everywhere. In the kitchen there were loads of dishes, cutlery, pots and pans in the cupboards, but nothing was usable because it was too small, dirty or so old and worn that the coating would come off if you were to cook with it. We complained on the day of arrival, but a solution was not found until the fourth day of our stay. A lot of things urgently need to be renovated (bathroom). Otherwise, the house with the pool would be a dream and in a great location.

Good cottage to walk to the center of Narbonne. Good swimming pool and several outdoor terraces. Spacious rooms. Everything available and very clean. Friendly and helpful reception. Points for improvement: outside: also mattresses provided for sun loungers. bedrooms: only air conditioning in large room so children's rooms too warm in July. Kitchen: clean but too messy and old-fashioned.

We really enjoyed the vacation in the apartment. It is very quiet and yet close to the center and that the pool has water all year round is of course great. The apartment is big and beautiful, the kitchen has everything you need, actually almost too much!

I recommend, very good location near the city center and very warm welcome
