Pool dirty on arrival, the technician came twice in three weeks and at our request of course. Apart from the filter, which he cleaned because the pool had turned green with algae, the bottom remained dirty. 3 deckchairs out of 6 broken as well as 2 garden chairs out of 6. Sofa stained, covered with sheets. Cleaning before our average arrival, no cleaning seal. Paid Wifi content of the rental price, it is abused. Otherwise spacious house and very well arranged. Very well equipped kitchen.

No pool service in three weeks. Despite the repaired septic tank at house no. 10, 11, 13, etc., depending on the wind direction, more succinct and hissing noises from the sewage treatment plant. Since the front desk is no longer on site, the service and customer care has declined significantly. It seems to me that E.'s interest in the system has waned. The vanity on the upper floor was broken and could not be used. recommended.

Spacious house, large pleasant swimming pool. House located along a busy road. Bed mattresses too hard, very uncomfortable. No air conditioning so with the windows open, significant noise from the pool water and nearby cars. Unmowed lawn, tall grass 30cm high. No basic equipment: no sponge, garbage bag, cleaning products, we had a mop without a brush, no soap, shower gel...no garbage container

The kitchen equipment is like at home. Everyone has their space. I recommend. The only downside was the lack of communication between Interhome and Estivel, which manages the houses, so when we arrived Estivel did not have all the information. Another negative point, no maintenance has been done on the garden and the swimming pool as planned. Despite these negative points the house is very pleasant and we will return with pleasure. The region is rich in discovery and activities.

Recent villa but the exterior condition was average (exterior tiling leading to the swimming pool which is peeling off, covered with green imitation grass carpet, paint under the terrace which is cracking with the risk of it falling on the plates). There is no air conditioning and it is very hot in the upstairs bedroom.
