Holiday Rental Description

The Couvent des Ursulines in Pezenas is a haven of calm in the centre of a lively historic town. Four apartments share the garden and pool and each has its own private terrace. The apartments are approx. 110sqm and ideal for 4 people with a possibility of 2 more sleeping on the mezzanine floor.

The apartments all have the same layout but a different theme of the metalwork sculptures. The ground floor is the open plan kitchen / dining / living room leading out onto a private dining terrace which in turn leads to the private garden area and then the shared garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, cook top and microwave and a good sized fridge with freezer compartment. All cookware is provided.

The wrought iron spiral staircase leads up through the mezzanine area with its additional living area and sofa bed and the second floor houses two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one with separate shower and bath, one with a shower.

The shared garden is completely secure with a high wall all around and a gate, has kids play area and plenty of shady spots.

There is free public parking on the street or in the large public carpark around 300m away. You can stop just outside the gate to load and unload your luggage.

Sophie and Firas speak French, English and German and will be there to meet you and show you around. They live nearby in the centre of Pezenas and are there for any questions you may have.

A deposit of 30% is payable to secure your booking.
The full payment is due 8 weeks before arrival.
A security deposit of 300€ will be payable on arrival (cheque or cash)

27 May - 30 Jun €990 per week, €155 per night. Special offer for one couple 770€ per week, €110 per night.
