A poorly insulated and dilapidated apartment. Had to clean again upon arrival, found clothes in the wardrobe and dirty underwear under the pillowcase in the bedroom, the shutters are old-fashioned and broken as well as the door handle of the bay window that opens onto the terrace. Positive point of the apartment, very well located, close to the sea and shops as well as summer entertainment. Interhome staff, very kind and welcoming.

Housing not clean, no lights in the rooms, lack of equipment (kitchen or fans that work properly).

Do paint renovation in the apartment.

+. near the sea, parking space, there are fans for airing because there is no air conditioning, a large sink with a drainer compensates for the lack of a dishwasher, the refrigerator freezes quickly, the rest is at a level sufficient for a holiday, the bathroom is renovated.

Very good for a family stay. Easy access . Parking and elevator. Access on foot to the beach in a few minutes. The accommodation deserves a little refreshment in the bathroom but very correct overall. Very pleasant terrace. Do not forget to take matches or lighter because gas plate and no gas lighter I recommend

When we arrived on the scene at 3 p.m., the doorbell rang to warn us that the cleaning had not yet been done (we arrived in Barcares at 10:30 a.m. and we were told that the cleaning would be done before 3 p.m.). We tell them that we will do the cleaning ourselves. Points -: remains of moldy food in the oven, out of order television remote control, smoke detector without batteries, out of order bedside lamp, no shutter in 1 bedroom, no washing machine (moving to the laundromat)

We had an apartment on the 5th floor in le Bacares. The apartment has a great layout, has panoramic windows and a large balcony with a wonderful view of the inner lake. However, the equipment of the apartment is ready for demolition! The bathroom works, but you learn more or less in the shell. The bathtub cladding is hanging off, the holder for the shower head was gone (probably fell off), etc. the kitchen is ripe for bulky waste, but at least everything worked... Adventurous electrics throughout the apartment

Very pleasant apartment, large bay window, dominant view, bright, spacious. Well located. Comfortable bedding. Parking space at the bottom of the building very appreciable. Our stay being at the beginning of June, few people, little noise, and therefore a good week of rest. We were well received by the staff of the Interhome agency, very friendly.
