The plus of this apartment is the location and the view. The apartment is dilapidated, beds, plumbing, kitchen equipment, furniture and crochet decoration.... Everything needs to be redone.

Excellent location at sunset facing the sea with quiet pedestrian path and close to shops. Old apartment that lacks maintenance with insufficient utensils, impractical furniture. The terrace, the view and the swimming pool raise the rest. The bunk beds are not in a room but in the entrance. Despite everything, we had a very good week in peace.

The apartment in question was well located on the seafront and has a beautiful swimming pool. Located in a quiet area at the motte du couchant, 5 min walk from restaurants. On the other hand, as announced, it is small, limited to 2 adults and 1 toddler. The bathroom is old, the plumbing is leaking, the toilets and pipes smell bad. The shower hose is too short, my husband had to squat down to wash his head and a shower curtain is missing so as not to flood the floor. In the kitchen the pans are old, the sofa bed is very good, the bunk bed is rickety, we can barely fit 3 on the balcony and we don't know where to dry the clothes because the hanger takes up half the balcony. The whole thing would need a good renovation, especially considering the price paid for the week!! Small, unmodern and expensive.
