Know this holiday resort for many years. Everything was fine in this apartment. It's a pity that there is no WLAN, when the department has equipped the settlement with fiber optics - the telephone network is often VERY bad, especially in the evening no Internet is possible. It's also a pity that there aren't 2 keys or a key box - with 7 people, not everyone always does the same thing, and so it's difficult to coordinate with the key.
