First, in this apartment to go to the bathroom you must not be taller than 1.50 m otherwise you have to leave your legs out! In 40 m2 there is a large amount of useless furniture and a dozen chairs that smell musty! The sofa bed, the pillows, the mattresses are full of holes and everything smells terribly bad. Apartment very well located with beautiful view but it lacks a washing machine which I had requested and the platform had confirmed to me that there would be 1 so I had to go to a laundromat which was not planned, it is necessary at times put water in the bathroom siphons because there are sewage lifts and in addition I find that it is not very well ventilated. Small toilets, you shouldn't be too overweight. Overall nice and well located

Swimming pool closed while that of the residence next door was open. Clean apartment. Magnificent view of the sea. Small rooms. Very noisy. Ideal for young people who want to party. Considering the rental price, the owner could invest in a microwave and a set of keys!

The apartment is very well located and the view is magnificent. Some inconveniences inside: a lingering smell of sewage in the toilets and the bathroom. In addition, on the front door, only one lock out of three works, and only one key out of all the keys provided.
