We were very satisfied with the neat and pretty apartment. The only weak points: The toilet without a window is a bit impractical. And a bread knife was broken.

Well equipped apartment, clean, nothing is missing for a good quiet holiday, well located, beautiful sea view, mountain, pond, close to the beach, all shops and restaurants, excellent service I highly recommend and at the opportunity I will come back without worries

Very good rental. We have been coming for several years and have already rented it for next year.

The positive points: apartment very well equipped, very well laid out and where nothing was missing in a large holiday residence. The negative points: we had to wash the cobblestones of the terrace with bleach on our arrival because of the pigeons which were nesting besides, the furniture on the terrace had not been cleaned for a while, a lot of sand. No air conditioning and noisy exterior with the impossibility of closing the windows because of the heat. The residence is very well kept.

Nice clean and very well equipped apartment with WiFi. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the sea, the peak of Canigou and the pond of Canet, with its sunset. The only downside of this apartment is the bedroom equipped with 2 small beds and not a large bed with 2 mattresses.

This apartment is always very pleasant (we have been coming for several years), well equipped, comfortable and quiet. We have already booked it for 2021. To recommend.

LIKE EVERY YEAR WE SPENT TWO VERY GOOD WEEKS IN A VERY COMFORTABLE APARTMENT

We really enjoyed the apartment with its chic decor and super views of the sea and mountains. Everything is very well maintained, well thought out and fully furnished. It's a pity that we didn't know beforehand that it's always very windy and sandy there. We just had 3 tolerable beach days.

Perfect location, modern furnishings, everything you need, great parking space; Wi-Fi has to be booked separately and is relatively expensive

We felt comfortable in this apartment and in the whole complex. Great view of the sea, mountains and unfortunately a bit too far away, the flamingos.

Great 7th floor. There is a fan in the bedroom which is much needed. Very spacious feel, but not really for 4 people as the bed in the lounge is really only for an over night stay and not for 2 weeks. Kitchen lovely and bed in bedroom very comfy, but the pillows are very sparse and there wasn't any for the beds in the living room so we had to use cushions. All very modern and chiefly decorated.

Great panorama, the kitchen is extensively equipped, the facility is very well maintained, private parking right next to the house, new mattresses, modern bathrooms, quiet neighborhood. Luckily there is no road between the balcony and the beach, so there is no noise from teaching. No WLAN, but good reception of the XXX mobile network. Lovely again!
