Accommodation well located but parking not easily accessible for SUV cars.

The apartment is spacious, however, the furniture and the walls would need a major refresh. The night we arrived, we found that the shower drain was clogged. I was able to repair the next day. It is clear that the cleaning team did not check the proper flow of the shower. Also the shower curtain was very dirty. On the other hand, the sea view is superb.

The design of the east/west crossing apartment ending in a closed loggia like a greenhouse induces a complete closure of the rooms in the afternoon and therefore a cut off of a draft which could have been beneficial. Opening possible around 2 a.m. therefore heat excessive day and night. no fan. air conditioning is a must in the future.

Apartment well located in a quiet area, bright and well laid out, very beautiful view of the sea and the sunrise.. More... Only one drinking bedding on 3 beds possible... table and 2 chairs on the terrace good for throwing the grime is embedded. No wifi and very very limited network. Too bad the owners did not take into account the comments (bedding for example) and the technological evolution (wifi)

We had a very nice week. Everything was perfect, the balcony is very nice.

Housekeeping very quickly done. The mattresses are dead, even that of the sofa bed. Otherwise very quiet, 50m from the sea. Close to shops and let's stay. Closed parking + private garage.

This apartment is very good but the bedding is very bad. that's a shame.

The apartment in question is located in a residence of good standing with perfectly maintained and secure common areas. The apartment itself, for a holiday stay, is absolutely adequate. Only one downside: there is a lack of cupboards or storage furniture for linen and clothing. On the other hand, the lack of Wi-Fi connection (owners' subscription) is a major defect, insofar as, as business owners, we cannot interrupt our activity.

Beautiful residence, well maintained green spaces, very pleasant location facing the sea. On the other hand disappointing apartment very low-end equipment (TV, bedding, sofa bed....) sometimes in insufficient number (cutlery sets....). No sink drain, faulty shower support, unsuitable small bedroom furnishings.

Apartment ideally located 50m from the sea possibility to make all trips on foot, very quiet and comfortable. Nice view of the sea. On the other hand, some kitchen equipment is lacking (plates, cutlery, etc.) and the walls are quite damaged in most of its rooms.

EXcellent stay, warm welcome, no problem (pay attention, however, to the key inside the airlock)
