The apartment and the residence are clean. However, the sofa bedding needs to be reviewed, the kitchen lacks storage (you have to play Tetris to get a shelf to store some groceries). There are traces of mold on the shower joints. Parking spaces for non-permanent residents are expensive, fortunately there is a parking lot for a municipal swimming pool across the street. In addition, the residence is very far from everything: shops, beaches... in short, a car is essential!

We had a pleasant stay in the Europa residence. The apartment corresponds to the description of the advertisement. Very quiet. Air conditioning appreciated. I recommend.

The apartment was very very dirty everywhere, the floor was black, the surfaces, the shower full of limestone and dust, the fridge, the toilets, the bed and the sofa and the dishes. There was a leak in the water tank! So it smelled of mold and there was a simple container to catch the water that was leaking! A chair was broken and put on the balcony! The bathroom sink was clogged! The sofa and the bed were dirty! lots of hair! No parking space
