*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb three flights of stairs to reach the entrance of the home.
*For arrivals outside of office opening hours, you’ll need to collect the keys from a safety box.
*During the low season, check-in and check-out hours are flexible. 
*Your host can provide a parking permit for a vehicle with a maximum height of 1.90 meters. Parking is in the nearby Parking Palais des Papes car park, which is a five-minute walk away. The car park does not accommodate raised vehicles, including tall SUVs, 4x4s or campervans.
