-the seats in the lounges could do with a refresh -be careful with the toilet on the 2nd floor, where a child can lock themselves in and not be able to get out! -there are no dressing tables in the bathrooms -we didn't find a teapot

The house is pleasant to live in, well equipped (even if some extras would be useful in the kitchen), and the exterior is very pleasant. We spent a week at the end of December, sunny enough to enjoy the terrace, lined with orange trees covered with oranges. We were happy to be able to pick some to make bitter orange jam.

The accommodation was lovely with plenty of room for the 16 of us and with a huge garden and swimming pool. It was the little things that let it down :– only 1 tea towel, no oven gloves, only 3 out of 5 gas rings working, not enough wine glasses or tall glasses for 16 people, no toilet paper in some of the toilets, no hooks to hang towels on in one of the bathrooms and a total of 52 lightbulbs that did not work.A suggestion would be to have 2 fridges as catering for 16 meant that the fridge was always full and had to be emptied to find items at the bottom of the pile.
