Fridge freezer with 4cm of ice when entering, vacuum cleaner not made sand, hot plates also problems. The apartment number on the door does not exist. All this is a lot for a rental at 544 euros per week Off season. The staff of the agency very helpful the welcome and the perfect service. Too bad the apartment did not follow.

The apartment was well located but the furniture and equipment a bit old

Accommodation in a building very well placed near Pontaillac beach and shops, pleasant balcony, parking at the foot of the building but the accommodation requires minor work: - entrance door to the accommodation difficult to open. - shower faucet and bathtub faucet only work at the same time, - bathroom sink faucet to be descaled - closing of the living room bay window to be adjusted - electric plates that only work together.

We had a good stay, apartment very well located, close to everything and especially 200m from the beach. A lot of activities to do in the surroundings.

knowing this apartment for a dozen years, fitting and comfort work seems necessary.. despite a great location and exposure.. Too bad!

Apartment on the 3rd floor of a quiet residence. Simple, clean and with everything you need (maybe a bit dated but everything worked) Rather for 4 than for 6 people. We came with my partner and our 4 year old daughter to enjoy the beach which is really not far on foot (about 200m). Too bad the elevator was out of order...

We have stayed at this property 3 times. It is perfect for the family, close to the beach, good parking and great access to restaurants and shops. A great find.

A charming small apartment, 2 mins from the beach, lovely on site (very clean) pool and 3 mins to the local baker. plenty to see and do. the local Zoo is must for kids. this property is an excellent location for exploring the local area.

Very good for a family of 4 with 2 under 3 years old. Practical and functional.

Well located ideal near sea and trade

Cleaning leaving something to be desired # apart from that everything was excellent. 2 views: glimpse of the sea on the west side and park on the east side. Pleasant entrance to drop off the surfboards etc...superb swimming pool....## Thanks to the young woman, from Inter Home, who came to troubleshoot our water heater, very professional despite the overload of arrivals and departures### #
