Beautiful functional apartment, well located less than ten minutes walk from Pontaillac beach in Royan.

Apartment is close to the beach, too bad the kitchen part, especially the hotplates, needs to be reviewed, overall too dilapidated.

As soon as you enter the apartment, you can feel the holidays, the idleness. An outside staircase, the small wooden gate, the terrace. we open the shutters of the French window and we enter this "cosy" studio, living room with sliding doors for privacy and mezzanine for the bedroom. White roughcast walls, a single turquoise-coloured partition and a weathered "Eden" bodyboard in the decor set the tone; it's the holidays. Ideal for a couple, ease comes very quickly to use the miller's staircase.
