Noisy environment, busy road. Smell of mold in the bedroom and in the closet strong musty smell. To clean up urgently! Side bathroom lacks a light side wc, very dark. Shower too small. Very impractical kitchen area, damaged and aging furniture. Ditto fridge, heat emanates from the front of the appliance. The blinds on the balcony are unusable and broken. We had 32° in the evening in the apartment. Bad general condition, lack of comfort.
