The apartment, well located, was very pleasant, well equipped with a beautiful view of the park and the sea in a very quiet residence.

Compared to our previous rentals, we were disappointed. The cleanliness of this apartment left something to be desired (especially the bathroom). On the other hand, the wardrobe doors in the bedroom were in very poor condition and, at our request, they were removed. (thanks to the staff of the Vaulx agency who were attentive and very responsive) Despite everything, I will return to your place. Cheers.

Very good location, close to the beach of Pontaillac in a quiet and green place. The 2 hotplates are not practical for cooking. There is no electric kettle. The shower is small and the toilets are poorly lit, but the bathroom is modern and functional. The pillows are not comfortable. The sliding doors of the closet in the bedroom are dilapidated. For the rest everything is correct and it is a good value for money.

In general we were satisfied

Well located deserves to be renovated (in its own juice) - The bicycle garage is an asset. The bedding (pillows and undersheet) needs to be changed. Little storage in the bedroom.

Quiet residence, well located. Small apartment rather well appointed. On the other hand, not very suitable for young children: extremely small shower, no place to put a travel cot in the room.
