Wonderfully quiet, close to the sea. Close to shops and the center. Spacious parking and beautiful garden.

Pleasant location by the sea. Wooded setting. Ideal for a few days. The downside is the sofa bed which is too big once unfolded, making it difficult to pass. The kitchen area not very functional. The dish drainer would be better instead of the microwave. Missing a functional piece of furniture to put microwave coffee maker ... However there is the essential for cooking it is good.

Excellent location for this apartment directly overlooking the sea. Furnishings quite correct and comfortable.

Apartment a bit old but pleasant. Very well located by the sea, magnificent view on the terrace. Small residence with very well maintained garden, closed parking and place assigned to the apartment. Pleasant stay. PS: the awning on the terrace is out of order, too bad!

Apartment aging and not maintained. (black tiled shower room joints, disgusting shower curtain, terrace table and terrace blackout blinds in poor condition). No storage. Dangerous staircase. When we arrived there were about fifty green flies inside. They dared to tell us that the cleaning had been done the same day!!!

The accommodation is very well located, the photo conforms to reality. Very well equipped accommodation. Quiet place, sunny terrace, we are very well there. The only downside: we found that some household chores had been sloppy or forgotten: dust on the floor, dirty blanket (plaid), sticky hood, smell of cheese in the oven... The Interhome Vaux-Sur-Mer team is welcoming, accommodating and available! Thanks !

Stay from 19 to 24 Feb 2021. Location and dream view; unfortunately the interior is not up to par: in addition to the problems of hot water and toilet leaks settled in 24 hours, the studio deserves improvements: fitted bed with duvet (currently sheets while only 1 side of the bed is accessible), a shower with a shower screen and a simple but new shower head (currently a shower curtain and a pissing hand shower); globally studio fitted out too cheaply and dated; what a pity!

The apartment is very small. Three, two adults with one child, was just about possible. I don't want to imagine what it would have been like with four of us. The best thing about the apartment is the sea view. Furthermore, the direct access to the sea is very advantageous. The parking lot in the shade is also good, even if the driveway is a bit narrow. The beds were fine. The kitchen equipment was very manageable. There was only a small pot available, but many pans.

Overall this small studio is very good for 2 people, a small flat for the room too small to allow to make the bed easily.

a worktop for the kitchen, even a small one, would have been nice, a few coffee cups would be necessary. a way to wash a little laundry, especially even collective beach towels, would be welcome. For four people, it's obviously a bit tight, it depends on the age of the tenants.

2 major advantages: the splendid view of the bay and the calm at night! 2 week stay. Small but well appointed apartment, good bedding. We did not suffer from the heat wave! Secure residence with greenery. Parking is a plus too! Ideal for grandparents with their granddaughter.

Platin beach is right in front of us and its direct access through the park is just royal. Do not dwell on the interior common areas of this beautiful building: a bit out of time but clean. The decoration of the apartment is on the other hand current and bright. The terrace is a real plus. The brand new bedding of the mezzanine bed is appreciable. On the other hand, it was confirmed to me that a railing would be added. The mattress came flush with the mezzanine wall. The clic clac had a mechanical problem but should be changed. The kitchen lacks a bit of crockery and utensils and the bathroom is oddly laid out, but all of this is perfect for a few days. Overall seduced by this apartment located right halfway between the main beaches and the city center of Saint Palais accessible on foot by the charming coastal path, by bike (bike path just behind) and main road.

The location of the apartment is great and the view from the balcony is fantastic. Unfortunately, the bed linen we rented was in poor condition.

Location excellent. Hiking trails and sea in front of the house. Great view of the sea. Locked parking spaces directly at the house. Equipment and beds rather simple. (Economy) stairs to the sleeping area only accessible with risk). TV of the older neighbors often noisy. WiFi or internet miserable (possibly dead zone).
