The location is ideal for accessing the city center and the beach. Everything is well thought out in this large studio. However, if one sofa has benefited from the renewal of its mattress, it is urgent to change the one on the second which has become too uncomfortable. We also regretted that the previous tenants left a dishwasher full of food waste, thus giving off a nauseating odor requiring empty washing. Because of these 2 negative points we give the rating "Average".

The pluses: parking space, kitchen and bathroom facilities, ideal size for 2, lift, balcony. Cons: in summer the wifi box is not usable given the number of holidaymakers and the lack of relay antennas. WiFi was a criterion for choosing the apartment and at this level it was a real disappointment.
