Second year in this apartment and probably the last. The apartment was really very dirty when we arrived. It is well located, the parking space is a real plus but impossible to put the suitcases there without doing a big cleaning. Text to the agency remained unanswered. Sticky floor, sticky worktop, crumbs everywhere, dirty microwave and kettle, disgusting under the sofa, dusty sofa itself, smell in the fridge...

We appreciated the calm of this very well located residence with walking access to the center of St Jean. Also very close to the Nivelle for the walk.

The studio is spacious and very well equipped. Being able to park the car in the closed and covered parking lot is really a plus. The beach, the quayside and the famous Gambetta Street are a 15-minute walk away, the market is 3 minutes. We loved the ideal location of the studio. We will come back.
