The house is very pleasant, located in a recent and quiet housing estate, not far from the center of Royan. There is a Super U 2 minutes away on foot, as well as a bakery, very practical. Comfortable bedding, 2 bathrooms, also nice. The outdoor space, completely fenced, is small but sufficient. It must be very pleasant in good weather. We were delighted to be able to take our dachshund to this rental. We would love to come back in the summer. To recommend!

We spent a wonderful week in this house which is modern, very well decorated, well equipped and very clean. Having two bathrooms is very practical. Small very pleasant garden which allows you to eat outside (umbrella, deckchair.) Very quiet area. I highly recommend this rental
